When the initial compliment slip is layer out, select that text box and click 'Copy' Then click outside that box and paste and then paste again to to create the third compliment slip Align all 3 compliment slips then finally remove the border from the text boxes.

Hi Dave I tried this but I couldn't get rid of the header from the page so I tried putting the text boxes from your suggestion into the C Avery label as Doug's suggestion below and that seems to have worked - more or less.
